We are seeking a professional, self-starting individual to join one of our clients who run a successful restoration and training business.  Due to growth, they seek a Sales and Administration Officer to join two other Coordinators based in their Carina head office. This position requires someone with admin/sales and office coordination experience, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive attitude to efficiently manage day to day customer inquiries, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities will include - 

  • Supporting day-to-day operational activities which may range from sales, spare parts and new order enquires, dispatching products, invoicing clients, inventory management and liaising with the warehouse teams,
  • Managing customer inquiries, responding to emails and incoming calls promptly and professionally
  • Coordinating orders, liaising with suppliers, coordinating freight and ensuring orders are despatched accurately and on time;
  • Assisting warehousing operations to manage inventory and stock levels to match customer requests;
  • Assisting with a number of projects ranging from social media campaigns, updating operating manuals, promoting new products, website maintenance, producing new sales catalogues and more;
  • Contributing to new ideas and streamlining internal processes where possible, and
  • Collaborating with other team members to identify process improvements and implement solutions;

Ideally you also possess - 

  • Previous experience in operations, sales and administration roles 
  • Proficiency in MYOB Advanced and e.commerce platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a small close knit team.
This is a full-time position based in Carina.
The role offers a salary of between $70,000 - $80,000 + super.
