We are seeking an Office and Sales Administrator Assistant. This role offers variety and requires skills in the areas of Administration, Accounts, Customer Service, and Sales.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Assist with Customer Queries and Sales Calls
- Execute customer orders
- Assist with Quotes and Proposals
- Create Presentations
- Address complaints and resolve problems
- Assist with interviewing, hiring, and training employees
- Prepare invoices for completed goods being despatched
- Preparation of Reports
- Assist with developing and updating Administration Processes and Procedures
- General Office Duties
Applicant Requirements:
- A high degree of Customer Focus
- Must possess an ability to work with Branch Manager and other Management Team
- Good business sense and a professional manner
- Have a sense of urgency and be able to multi-task and handle matters promptly
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Is efficient and organised, with the ability to prioritise work load
- A quick learner with a “can do attitude”
- Strong Excel and Word Skills
- Valid Driver’s Licence
