Hours 9:30am - 5:00pm Tues - Thurs. Maternity cover from July 24 - Feb 25 with potential for permanent.
Qualifications & experience
- Client focused experience You will have proven success in client facing roles, such as training, customer service or account management. All client communcation is delivered in face to face online training sessions.
- Financial acumen (preferred) Familiarity with financial products and services is a bonus, however not essential.
- Communication excellence Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and deliver clear instruction.
- Organised and detail oriented Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively and maintain accurate records.
- Tech-savvy is essential Extensive experience and confidence using computers, online portals, databases and technology.
- Collaborative team player Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Flexibility Available to work 3 days a week in the office, with occasional additional hours as needed.
