The Onboarding specialist will be responsible for Customer store change requests and new store activations for the Axis platform. Most of the customer base of Axis is in Europe, hence you will be working with a variety of customers (tickets) on a daily basis. Apart from Axis, the team also supports other managed services and products of Worldline. The Onboarding team and specialist will work on change projects, BAU processes and urgent request.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- You provide exceptional customer service via phone and email,
- You deal with customer's requests from ticketing tools (Jira, SalesForce), analyse and complete within agreed timescales,
- Communicate with SPECIALIST GROUPS (R&D, support L2 …) to carry out trouble-ticket resolution through appropriate configuration and/or good configuration
- You understand the customer's technical environment and customer's configuration of payment solution,
- You troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our payment solution,
- You work on both BAU activities (=live customers) and Standard projects (New Customers).
- Perform tests, when necessary, and sign off “the function meets the Requirements”
- Tertiary degree in a relevant technical discipline (Engineering / Computer Science / Software Engineering).
- Experience in Linux environment (mandatory)
- Basic knowledge in scripting (Python, Bash) (will be ++).
- Experience in Payments or any retail technology products and services is a plus.
