We have a special focus on the treatment of those living with disabilities and we encompass treatments across all allied health disciplines including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech pathology, psychology, positive behaviour support, dietetics, exercise physiology, dietetics and podiatry.
About the Opportunity
As an innovative and customer focused member of the central support team, the Business Support Partner is responsible for supporting our staff and clients, meeting agreed service levels, onboarding all types of clients, driving improved business operations and identifying and implementing system and process improvement.
This role is to support and to ensure that both the therapy and commercial outcomes of the therapists are achieved.
- Completing regular requests to onboard all types of clients
- Requests from all customers both internal and external,
- Classifying the nature and urgency of requests,
- Use reports, dashboards, data and analysis to support and guide the operations team
- Make data driven decisions to optimise therapists calendars, and hence support our clients, reduce friction in the client journey, allow the team and business to reach their potential.
- Provide the operational leaders with regular insights about the team's performance and clinic/operational health checks,
- Schedule efficient rosters, which includes route optimisation.
You will be a pro-active individual with an eye for detail who thrives in a busy environment and can work well autonomously and in a team.
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to create logical and practical solutions.
- Excellent computer knowledge and experience in using various IT systems.
- Strong communication skills written & verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage competing priorities, particularly for time-critical support requests.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with all internal and external stakeholders.
- A team player that puts the team before self
- Lumary and Skedulo experience desirable (not essential)
- Knowledge of NDIS or Healthcare background preferred.
