About the role
Two Oncologists are required to provide clinical services to the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander population in the Healesville area catchment for two clinics running simultaneously. Community engagement has been sought and will be an ongoing support for these clinics. In line with cultural practices and approved recruitment processes we will be recruiting a male and female Oncologist to fill these roles. Anticipated commencement will be Wednesday 28th February and ongoing on a Wednesday afternoon thereafter.
About you
To be successful in this role you will possess:

• Current registration with AHPRA
• Significant clinical experience and training in Oncology
• Oncology research experience
• a Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (RACP) or hold equivalent qualifications to enable recognition as a specialist Oncologist
• Medicare recognition as a specialist in Oncology
• Highly developed interpersonal and leadership experience
• A strong commitment to high quality care
• The ability to work as part of a diverse team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
