One ERP+ Training Developer /Instructional Designer -  Fujitsu    About the role  

We are looking for an experienced Training Developer is responsible for supporting the learning development and delivery activities as part of the strategic business transformation program - OneERP+.  
This will involve creating and implementing effective learning interventions which support the overarching OneERP+ Learning strategy and plan to maximise capability build and adoption throughout the APAC region of new global system tasks, processes, and practices. 
 

About you  
Responsibilities and Accountabilities: 

  • Develop learning materials inclusive of, technical competency training, process/systems and business improvement/changes. Incorporate blended learning solutions in various forms (including face to face, online, self-paced, and just-in-time, on-demand) ensuring the use of a variety of channels and methods to suit the audience. 
  • Develop learning materials which will deliver high quality learning outcomes for stakeholder groups impacted by OneERP+ within APAC. 
  • Develop and deliver the learning interventions of the training curricula, in line with agreed timelines and our end user needs. 
  • Liaise with key stakeholders (Power Users, Regional Business Owners, functional support teams) to understand the ONEERP+ system, its intended use for your respective stream and what it means for your end users. 
  • Update and maintain the SAP Enable Now learning library and SharePoint (Learning hub) with learning artefacts and learning communications. 
  • Utilise the preferred capability tool (SAP EnableNow/WalkMe) to create, share, review, iterate and deliver learning materials. 
 
 
Requirements: 
  • Prior experience of working on an ERP implementation as a Training Developer, including the management of a (remote) training development and delivery team. 
  • Substantial experience designing, developing and facilitating learning solutions across a diverse audience with broad development needs. 
  • Demonstrated skills in instructional design methodology (specifically for a technical program). 
  • Interpersonal skills to develop and maintain effective working relationships with the OneERP+ Project team, as well as cross functionally and those with geographical roles supporting the training delivery across Fujitsu APAC. 
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience working with a capability build tool such as SAP Enable Now. 
  • Domain knowledge for ERP stream within which you will be working.  (Finance, SOM, Logistics, Procurement, Projects). 
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience of enterprise applications training systems and programs (including effective use of learning management systems). 
  • Experience with sourcing, creating and maintaining SAP data for development of learning materials and set up in the training environment for TtT and end user train 
  • Experience in delivering and facilitating learning (Train the Trainer) workshops in person and virtually. 
  • Demonstrated experience in working on large-scale projects to support business needs and actively contributes to support a culture of cooperation, teamwork, commitment to excellence and professional ethics. 
  • Ability to work effectively in fast paced, ambiguous and challenging environments. 
  • Knowledge of adult learning methodology best practise. 
  • Results-driven team player who thrives on working with others to solve complex challenges - particularly across diverse business units and locations 
  • Experience working with ASEAN countries would be an advantage – the deliverables are to be developed and delivered in English. 
  • Prior experience working with countries where English is a second language and materials have required translation would be an advantage. 
  • Location: work from anywhere in Australia while aligning your hours with the Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).
