About the Role

As a member of the Enterprise Capability & Talent Team, you will be accountable for the development of targeted training solutions that support the delivery of exceptional learning experiences. 

Working closely with the Organisational Development Consultant and Manager, you will play a vital role in the design of our mandatory training suite of programs. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders to support key changes in the way we deliver mandatory training across Hollard. 

Key Responsibilities will include (however, not limited to the below):

  • Project manage the review and refresh mandatory training modules project.
  • Review all mandatory training modules and make recommendations for refreshed content.
  • Work with external vendors where required.
  • Partner with SMEs to define learning needs through the execution of training needs analysis and design plans.
  • Create blended learning content that is aligned to adult learning and pedagogical principles.
  • Using our online tools (Storyline & Rise 360) and Microsoft suite to design blended digital and face to face learning experiences.
  • Using storytelling and composition skills to create engaging experiences.

About You

  • Previous instructional design experience (2 + Years)
  • Ability to build collaborative relationships and work effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and training delivery techniques
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
  • Proficiency in analysing data and using evaluation metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning initiatives.
