Based in their office in Narre Warren, you will work amongst a vibrant team of customer focused individuals. You will work over the phone and online to assist the dealership in purchasing used cars for resale. There is full training provided, ongoing support and an attractive commission structure for guaranteed success.
This is a full time role working 5 days a week between Monday - Saturday 8:30am-6pm.
Daily tasks will include:
- Action and follow up warm leads
- Contact customers and provide exceptional customer service over the phone
- Inspect vehicles through photos and videos
- Negotiate with customers
- Purchasing preowned vehicles
- Achieve KPI's
About you:
- Exceptional customer service skills that can be delivered through the phone
- Experience in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality ideal
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated
- Ability to follow processes and procedures
- Valid Driver's License
