AddressFourQuarters is engaged with a market-leading Renewable Energy business located in Melbourne CBD who are looking for an Experienced Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Manager to join the finance temp on a contract basis.
To be successful in this role having used NetSuite in a similar role is essential.
The Role
As the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable Manager you will oversee 1-2 Accounts Officers and will be expected to:
- Oversee and process Accounts Payable transactions
- Prepare and upload banking files
- Process invoices and allocate banking receipts
- Prepare overdue debtor lists
- Process overseas payments - (UK, U.S etc)
- Create and dispose of fixed assets
- Calculate and book depreciation
- Prepare inputs for BAS return
- Post journal entries as directed (accruals, tax etc)
- Obtain approvals for payments
- Intercompany invoicing/PO’s
- Bank reconciliation
- Reconcile or process credit card transactions
- Prepare 6 weekly outlooks for cash based on the above
- GL reconciliations
- Having treasury experience would also be favourable
