ECHUCA - ONLINE MANAGER
FULL TIME
We are on the search for an Online Manager to join our team!
Along with our 7 physical stores, Evans Shoes ships Australia & New Zealand-wide, right from our brand new Distribution Centre in Echuca.
Responsibilities include:
Coordination with other departments such as retail stores, head office, and distribution centre staff.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for online distribution to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Provide leadership and guidance to the online distribution team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a management and/or online retail role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to customers.
Online dispatching or retail experience would be preferred but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided.
This position offers an excellent work/life balance with hours being within Monday – Friday, 8 am-4 pm, as well as a generous staff discount.
