Nina's is an Australian owned company, designing and manufacturing fine jewellery in Australia. Natural-coloured diamonds are our passion, and crafting beautiful heirlooms our day-to-day.
We are seeking a customer service and sales gun to grow our innovative Online Sales program, manage our online ticketing system and give our customers the sparkliest of service on a range of platforms.
This role includes:
- Meeting sales targets
- Proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities on digital platforms including Facebook and Instagram comments, Messenger, Live chat, emails and more
- Using our online ticketing system to manage digital customer communication including leads, enquiries and feedback across phone, email and digital platforms
- Delivering on agreed upon KPIs and SLAs, including response times, closure rates and sales budgets
- Customer data maintenance and entry
- Assistance to our ecommerce team to improve the website presentation and user experience
As a key part of the Nina’s sales team, you will work closely with our Sales Manager, Diamond and Design Specialists and Marketing teams to ensure a consistent and empowering service and sales experience for our customers - no matter what platform they are on! Wherever they are, that's where you'll be - ready and willing to help them sparkle.
This position would suit someone with exemplary customer service and sales skills used to operating in a digital service environment, looking to nurture a rapidly growing online presence.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven sales record
- Experience with any customer support ticketing system (Freshworks is preferred)
- Availability to work a flexible week, covering pre-agreed upon hours - this is not your standard 9-5.
- Absolute confidence working in a digital world
- Experience with identifying leads and sales opportunities, and nurturing them
- Ability to self motivate, and keep on task
- Experience with luxury goods would be an asset
