This role will see you play a crucial role in fostering positive relationships and empowered staff.In this position, your duties will also include: Ensuring employee wellbeing, including onboarding, conducting probationary checks and discussions, issuing warnings and termination, and overseeing employee retention and attendence. Coordinating the mobilisation of PLS (Pacific Labour Scheme) workers. Arranging transportation for employees to clinics. Managing both client and employee relations. Conflict resolution and addressing workplace issues proactively. Handling payroll reconciliations related to timesheet management. This role is full time, Monday-Friday.
