Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of completed Commercial Furniture Fit-out projects to identify defects.
- Document and report all defects accurately and comprehensively.
- Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to coordinate defect rectification activities.
- Develop and implement effective defect resolution strategies within established timelines.
- Monitor and supervise defect rectification work to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of defect reports, actions taken, and resolutions achieved.
- Provide regular progress updates to project stakeholders and management.
- Proven experience as a Defect Supervisor or similar role within the Commercial Furniture Fit-out industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Commercial Furniture installation techniques, materials, and industry standards.
- Strong understanding of defect identification methodologies and quality assurance processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools for defect tracking and reporting.
