The Role: We’re looking for an Onsite Recruitment Consultant to join our team, focusing on:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.
- Onsite management of candidates and contract employees
- Managing rosters & performance KPIs.
- Emphasizing Work Health Safety (WHS).
- Daily/weekly toolbox talks with contractors.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer relationship skills.
- Recruitment and selection, plus general administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Friendly, outgoing personality.
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not essential.
- Strong understanding of WHS policies.
- Self-motivated, Exp multitasking & customer management skills.
- Flexibility in working hours.
