A bit about the job:Join us in 2024 as we embark on our Home Claims Transformation journey. As the Operational Delivery Lead, you will play a crucial role in our success. You will be responsible for managing small change deliveries across our end-to-end system, focusing on IT enhancements and the evolution of our digital journeys. Additionally, you will lead a dedicated team that manages operational relationships with our supply chain and offshore teams, as well as spearheading Lighthouse development.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:- Extensive knowledge and experience with Home Claims end-to-end systems and IT systems.
- Proven expertise of our Digital & STP journeys.
- Strong background in change delivery.
- Exceptional people leadership skills.
- Proficiency in effective relationship management.

- Starting salary up to £60.000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
