Are you ready to lead the charge in driving Agile transformation and digital innovation? We're seeking a motivated and experienced Delivery Lead to join a dynamic team. If you bring expertise in Digitisation, Transformation, Leadership, and Agile methodologies, coupled with a calm demeanor under pressure and a can-do attitude, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate squad schedules, sprints, and cadence to ensure efficient delivery of business value.
- Support and manage vendors, including onboarding, SoWs, governance, and alignment to clients ways of working.
- Serve as the liaison to other divisions such as Technology, Cyber, Data, Digital, and BPI.
- Foster a trusting and safe environment for open communication and collaborative problem-solving within the team.
- Guide the team through technical release management and act as a central point of contact for vendors and Centre of Excellence teams.
- Lead the identification and management of impediments hindering team progress.
- Champion Agile best practices and lead Agile ceremonies to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to develop and maintain a story map, ensuring clear communication of tactical plans to stakeholders.
- Analyze factors affecting team performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Enhance transparency of work and facilitate internal communication channels.
- Provide support to team members using a servant leadership style.
