AddressWe are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take the lead as our Inventory Control and Accounts Payable teams. In this pivotal role, you will wield significant influence over our financial operations, providing strategic guidance and oversight to drive our continued success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the day-to-day operations of Inventory Control and Accounts Payable
- Nurture a relationship with the Tax and Treasury functions.
- Lead IT transformation projects and driving continuous improvement across the entire finance team.
- Ensure timely submission of periodic forecasts and reports, maintaining strict adherence to deadlines.
- Communicate insightful financial analyses to facilitate informed decision-making and risk management.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Support overseas teams supporting the function
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to provide financial guidance and support.
- Uphold compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
- Oversee various Operational Finance tasks and contribute to ad hoc projects as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- CA/CPA professional qualification.
- Proven experience in commercial finance and management roles.
- Experience in Change and Transformation projects and in driving continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and systems.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
