Job Description
We are seeking an Operational Lead – Clinical Services who can focus on managing the clinical stream within the Cogent business, oversee the development and implementation of operational process, ensure excellence in service delivery and customer service, and proactively look to enhance the service offering. This role is full time with hybrid working arrangements.
Tasks include but not limited to:
- Manage the service delivery and overall business performance of the clinical stream including people, customer, quality and financial performance
- Lead, supervise and coach a team to undertake work in accordance with divisional priorities, policies and processes
- Set a clear growth (product & services) roadmap for the operational (clinical) stream, which is inline with the overall growth strategy of the business.
- Lead the operational management of key clients in partnership with customer leads
Qualifications
Cogent is looking for a dynamic person with:
- A health-related degree (desirable)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, supervise and develop individuals
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Sound organisational and time management skills
- Strong customer service focus and business acumen
