Your Role
As an Operational Excellence Delivery Lead you will lead and guide the Operational Excellence Delivery team in devising and implementing strategies that align with IAG's purpose, ensuring streamlined operations and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
You will actively engage with stakeholders to understand, analyse, and document their needs, ensuring requirements are thorough, accurate, and aligned with IAG's objectives.
This position is offered as a permanent opportunity and open to candidates based near any of our major centres
About You
We are seeking a dynamic lead with the following skills and experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Operational Excellence or similar roles at senior level.
- Strong commercial understanding and ability to balance Operational Excellence with financial outcomes across all projects.
- Master Black Belt or Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.
- Proven leadership experience in managing Lean Six Sigma projects.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven record of accomplishment of managing teams and driving operational improvements.
- Deep understanding of operational processes, strategies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with various teams and drive results across IAG.
- Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in Operational Excellence, including LSS and BPM.
