The Role
The Operations Accountant is crucial in supporting Central Operations Finance by analysing operational and factory metrics within the Bega Group matrix. This position involves professional accounting work, including data compilation, consolidation, and financial analysis.
The position preference is based in Strathmerton, 3641 or Tatura, 3616. Alternatively, can be open to Docklands, 3008.
Please note this is a 12-month maternity leave cover.
Responsibilities:
Develop and circulate key manufacturing reports to stakeholders. These reports highlight both our sites' financial and operational performance, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
Keep a close eye on labour and procurement costs. Compare employee hours and materials expenses to ensure optimal resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
