The Role
Working within our Onsite Injury Prevention Team, as the State Account Manager you would be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, identify and pursue growth opportunities, and build strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for collaborating with internal departments to align strategies, address client concerns, and maintain high customer satisfaction. The role also includes providing reports and insights, assisting in contract negotiations, and promoting communication, well-being, and the core values of Bodycare Workplace Solutions in all aspects of work.
About you
- Proven track record of managing client relationships / Account Management in a service delivery environment
- Background in allied health highly advantageous
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in an autonomous manner with high degrees of operational independence
- Well developed written and verbal commercial communication skills
- Qualification in business or health desirable
