Job location
Forensicare's expansion into the Hume region will contribute to a more connected, compassionate mental health and criminal justice system. This role will be based in the Shepparton Victoria. There may be occasional work at Forensicare's Community Forensic Mental Health site at Clifton Hill.
About the Role:
This newly created Part-Time position provides an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to work within a new Forensicare service in the Hume region. The Administration Officer will deliver high quality and efficient administrative support to the Hume regional team.
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the Hume regional team
- Contribute to efficient operations of the regional team
- Advise the Manager of any administrative risks across programs as they emerge and inform solutions.
About You:
- Enjoy working within a multidisciplinary team
- Courteous, with high levels of professionalism, confidentiality and discretion.
- Willing to continue building skills through training opportunities
What you need:
- Proficiency and agility with computers and IT systems.
- Experience in administration or service coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing work tasks and to deliver to agreed deadlines
