We are proudly part of Japan Post - www.tollgroup.com Due to exponential growth within the business, Toll Group are seeking an Operations Administrator to ensure administration tasks are carried out in an efficient manner within our Energy division. Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, you will undertake weekly duties including (but not limited) to administrative and data entry duties, business reporting and filing. Based in Forrestfield, you will play a pivotal part in upholding our administration standards, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of goods and services to our valued clients. This role offers ongoing opportunities to further develop your skills, with genuine career development pathways available. As the Operations Admin, you will:
Follow purchasing process as per business requirements
Toll Works data entry as per business requirements (Works Management System)
Review and action of business reports as required
Collate and upload relevant supporting documentation as per business requirements
Provide general administrative support to the Operations Team, including the distribution of external and internal written communication
Organise and maintain filing systems, and attend to monthly archiving as applicable
Respond to queries providing a high level of customer service support
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous experience in a similar position within the transport/logistics industry is highly regarded
Demonstrate excellent attention to detail, time management and analytical skills
Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to collaborate with colleagues at all levels
Intermediate computer skills with particularly strong focus on excel skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external customer relationships
