- 8/6 Perth FIFO – short flight commute ~1hr
- Underground operations – new u/g coming online soon, plus another development & open pits also in operation.
- Solid LOM currently +10 years & cashed up.
- Highly structural complex geology being narrow vein, nuggety and lowish grade! Should excite “some” of you!
Why is it a solid opportunity? In addition to the above bullet points. Because it is a small company. So, the Senior is exposed to every UG Engineering technical, planning & production aspect. Mainly Designing, scheduling, trade off studies, managing the companies & contractor’s Engineers, D&B design approvals & reports.
What are they after?
- Chasing a Mining Engineer with 5-10+ years of experience in UG.
- Well versed in mine planning, scheduling & production.
- Coordinate & manage daily mine production activities & achieve targets.
- Reconciliation & variance analysis against designs & schedules.
- First Class MM holder would be advantageous.
- Reporting to Mine Manager
- Ideally a solid user of Datamine and VentSim or similar.
- Knowledge of Deswik will be highly desirable.
- Package depends on experience and will be in the range of $160-200K plus Super
