The Opportunity
Showcase your administrative expertise to provide quality business support and ensure efficient running of our Moss Vale Operations Depot.
The role will work to support the Sydney Domestic Manager and broader team, liaising daily with a variety of internal and external stakeholders whilst being responsible for the following duties:
- Managing bookings, work orders and invoicing process;
- Aligning schedules for meetings;
- Accurate data entry to internal systems and updating digital files ;
- Answering calls and providing exceptional customer service;
- Collaboration with Accounts Receivable team ensuring timely response to queries;
- Adherence with all relevant environmental, quality, health and safety policies and procedures;
- Complete periodic checklists and site and equipment inspections;
- Any additional administrative tasks as required by Management.
What you will bring to the role
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role;
- Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration preferred, but not essential;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form positive stakeholder relationships at all levels and communicate with influence;
- Exemplary organisational skills to effectively prioritise workloads and meet deadlines;
- Exceptional attention to detail;
- Proficient in use of Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook).
