About the role
We are currently seeking a full-time Operations Administrator to join our dedicated operations team at our Erskine Park, NSW depot.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Checking all consignments received for bookings requirements.
- Phoning relevant receivers for allocation of dates and times for delivery.
- Updating in-house computer systems and spreadsheets with all relevant information.
- Raising pallet dockets and cross-referencing with consignment numbers.
- Creating booking sheets for freight allocation.
- Assist in planning and scheduling activities
- Liaising with relevant operations employees for special deliveries.
- Data entry of consignment notes and manifests.

Skills and experience
Specific experience in the areas of bookings within the transport industry is desirable but not mandatory.
Successful candidates require:
- Knowledge of CoR and Compliance
- Competent computer skills, including high levels of data entry speed / accuracy and previous experience in Excel.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced team-based work environment.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
