We currently have the opportunity for a Operations Administrator to join the Future Students Unit on a fixed term basis reporting to the Chief Officer Future Students.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
This position is responsible for:
General and Administrative Support
- Provide administration support to the department as required
- Create and maintain registers, calendars, databases and systems and ensure they are updated and distributed regularly
- Support the regular review and updating policies and procedures
- Coordinate department meetings including preparing agendas and presentations and record action items
- Assist department with all procurement processes including PO’s and invoicing
- Coordinate department and social events as required
- Coordinate data collection, support and transfer to relevant parties as required
Business Development and TNE Partnership Support
- Assist with data gathering on potential growth opportunities
- Assist in preparing information packs and draft proposals for new partnership opportunities including collating information about UTS College, and assist in conducting research on market, partners, locations, competitors and product offerings
- Maintain register of TNE Partner Delivery Agreements and compliance requirements and support contract renewals, annual invoicing and fee collection processes
- Maintain register of Academic English direct entry recognition agreements with universities
- Support with coordination of offshore partner visits on campus
About you
To succeed in this role you must have:
- 2 years’ experience working in a similar administrative role
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office suite
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and able to build positive and effective relationships with all stakeholders from culturally diverse backgrounds
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
