Due to internal promotions of current Operations Analyst, we are looking for an Operations Analyst to join our Operations team to Analyse and design an array of Vault mission-critical tools (SOC, NOC, CMDB, ITSM, MDM, Identity, VDI, PaaS, SaaS), supporting the backbone of classified cloud regions. Analyse requirements for highly classified environments of national significance, engaging with the next generation of government technology. The role is based in our Canberra office and is a unique opportunity to serve your country in the digital realm, committed to making a significant impact on Australia's cyber defence.
You will be responsible for:
- Providing our customer with an outstanding experience by helping to capture the demand for incident resolution and service requests.
- Adequately assess customer tickets and resolve in line with Vault processes. If unable to resolve at first point of contact effectively escalate to the relevant person.
- Systematically observe services and service components and record and report selected changes of state identified as events and resolved as required.
- ensuring that services achieve the agreed and expected levels of performance
To be successful you will be able to demonstrate with:
- Australian Citizenship is highly desirable due to the requirement for NV1 Clearance.
- Expertise in Linux environment administration
- Infrastructure & Networking exposure in a similar role
- Flexibility and availability to participate in a 24/7 roster
- Familiarity with a cloud platform (Amazon EC2, Azure)
- Experience in Operational Environment
- A passion for technology and security
