Are you passionate about the screen printing industry? Do you excel at multitasking and thrive in dynamic environments? Classic Colour is seeking an Operations Assistant/Office Guru to join our team. This part-time position has the potential to become full-time for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- General Enquiries: Handle customer queries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Ordering: Ordering supplies as needed per job requirements.
- Quoting: Prepare and provide quotes to potential clients.
- Social Media: Schedule and manage social media posts to engage and grow our audience.
- Artwork Mock-ups: Assist in creating mock-ups for client approval.
Requirements:
- Office Experience: Prior experience in an office setting is essential.
- Industry Interest: A genuine interest in the screen printing or graphic design industry.
- Customer Service: Must hold customer service in a high regard.
- Organisational Skills: Must be highly organised with excellent time management skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both in a team environment and independently.
- Adaptability: Must be able to adapt to varying tasks and responsibilities as needed.
Working Hours:
- Part-time with the potential to transition to full-time.
- Immediate start.
