As the Sales & Operations Manager, you will be the glue that holds our operations together across three states, WA, SA & NT. You'll be the driving force behind our commitment to safety, ensuring that every team, whether in distribution or on the roadside, is equipped to work safely and efficiently. You'll bring energy, purpose, and care to collaborate with the State Leaders to maintain high standards of performance, customer service, and sales growth.

- Safety is the foundational pillar on which our entire operation rests. As the Sales & Operations Manager, your leadership will continue to shape our safety ethos that extends beyond day-to-day oversight. You're the guardian of our safety culture, setting the strategic tone across all operations, ensuring alignment with legislation requirements, and compliance of our internal standards. Your ultimate goal is to cultivate and drive an environment where safety is not just a policy—it's a core value.

- You are responsible for ensuring the region meets its sales and EBIT targets, constantly monitoring financial performance. By analysing trends and spotting opportunities to reduce costs, you work with your teams to enhance efficiency without compromising quality. Your goal is to create a sustainable business model that balances profitability with high customer satisfaction.
Your expertise:
In essence, we're looking for a solid leader who's worked in a complex multi-national, multi-site Supply Chain, Logistics or Manufacturing business. You've got experience leading teams that deliver, and you're confident with championing change and building strong customer relationships. A good grasp of continuous improvement is a must, and it helps if you're familiar with sales and finance.
