About the Role
Step into the dynamic role of an Operations Assistant reporting directly to the Village Manager where everyday is an opportunity to enhance and improve the community of residents at The Royce.
This role provides a chance to make a real impact, lead with compassion and join a team dedicated to the happiness of its residents
Main Responsibilities
- Support the Village Manager with the day to day operations of the Village
- Maintain effective relationships with residents and their families
- Participate in resident admission and departure procedures
- Asist with regular communications
- Liasing with social committees and other resident groups
- Assisting with running of village events, social calendar and activities
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and practices which includes audits
- Assist with overseeing general and preventative maintenance
- Participate in continuous improvement activities
- Conducting research for the benefit of the village
- Liasing with contractors
- Assist with emergency procedures
- Assist with arranging employee training
- Support the provision of a safe working environment
