- Efficient diary and email management for the General Manager and Senior Leadership
- Anticipating needs of the GM and Senior Leaders, by using business knowledge and acumen to prioritise and manage business stakeholders effectively
- Coordinating meetings, including room bookings, catering, and preparation of documentation
- Taking accurate minutes to document discussions, decisions, and action items
- Organising travel and accommodation
- Preparation of professional correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Coordinating social functions and events.
- Undertaking general administrative duties.
What you'll bring to the table:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure.
- Meticulous attention to detail, especially with written communication
- Proactive and resourceful nature, with excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, MS Teams, SharePoint, and other relevant software.
