Property Network of Australia has been engaged to assist with the recruitment of an Operations Assistant for a reputable Brisbane-based car-parking facilities company. The company is seeking a passionate and ‘hands-on’ candidate to support the business unit to maximise its current and future potential value in both the short and long term.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintain exceptional standards of presentation and safety within the facilities
- Conduct workplace safety checks at sites
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs
- Coordinate low level site maintenance
- Provide exceptional onsite customer service
- Ensure ongoing measurement, monitoring and maintenance of standards across all relevant aspects of the business
- Provide weekly reports to the Commercial Operations Manager regarding the state of the portfolio’s assets
- Manage ad-hoc property-related queries/issues/incidents
- Constantly review processes and policies with a view to obtaining the required results for the business
- Proactively foster and manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
