We are seeking a talented Operations Administration Assistant to join our Queensland team based in Rockhampton. This is a position in a business that continues to grow within Queensland.
Reporting to the Depot Manager Rockhampton, the purpose of the Operations Administration Assistant is to provide operational support throughout the regional operational network to ensure a reliable, effective and professional service meets customer and company contractual requirements. This role will require flexibility in time and team management to support the entire spread of operational hours. .

- No formal qualifications required.
Experience
- Excellent system skills, in particular Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience working in a fast paced, changing environment.
- Experience in operational service roles.
Skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team..
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
General Responsibilities (but not limited to)
- Back up and support to operations as required across Rockhampton and Kawana.
- Charter and Event rostering.
- Radio communications.
- Manage general driver inquiries.
- Customer service and general passenger and public inquiries.
- Daily banking Kawana and as required in Rockhampton and Yeppoon.
- Support the operations team with D365 allocations.
- General office duties, such as reception.
- Point of first contact for customer compliment and complaints.
- Complete TMR PSSC applications and reporting as required.
- Manage school bus passes and reporting processes. Liaise with school as required.
- Keying fuel journals across the fleet.
- Fleet administration tasks.
- Supporting operations to ensure all records in D365 are updated.
- Other duties as directed by the Depot Manager.
