About the Role
Due to experiencing a large increase in our products and services, we are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic and reliable person to fill this permanent role.
As operations assistant you will be both detail oriented and customer focused. You will ensure that all installers involved in an installation are organised, monitored and where necessary prompted to make sure they deliver exceptional customer service.
We will provide on the job training for candidates that have limited experience in the work responsibilities and tasks listed below. Having a positive attitude, eagerness to learn new skills and having a strong work ethic (good attendance and time keeping) will be attributes we are seeking.

Work Skills and Responsibilities
- Coordinate project duties including scheduling, ordering of goods, customer feedback and installation scheduling.
- Ensure installers have all the products and materials required for trouble free installations.
- Communicate the installation process clearly to a customer and ensure exceptional communication throughout the job.
- Monitor the installation from beginning to end and ensure all parties involved meet service delivery benchmarks.
- Ensure customer satisfaction KPI’s are recorded and monitored. Proactively head off any obvious potential issues and deal promptly with any complaints.
- Maintain coordination with internal and external parties.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and problem solve.
- Enjoys leading and motivating small teams.
About You
- Proven ability to operate within deadlines and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Ability to collect, analyse and interpret information.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Experience working within a factory and/or production environment preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and also independently.
- Understanding of and commitment to work, health and safety requirements.
- Willingness to do overtime when required.
- Hold a current valid Australian Drivers License.
- Hold a valid forklift license (not essential).
- Reliable and good time keeping.
