A great opportunity exists within one of Warrnambool’s largest motor dealerships for an experienced full-time Administration Assistant/Receptionist.
Our ideal candidate needs to be confident, well presented and be able to adapt to many different situations, as you will be the first face guests see when they walk in.
Our ideal candidate will;
- Have strong administrative and computer skills including Microsoft Suite
- Have previous experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, banking, receipting and reconciliations, with a high attention to detail.
- Have excellent time management, and the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
- Have impeccable written and verbal communications skills.
- Have a positive can do attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work as an integral part of our team
Some duties will include;
- Managing incoming calls and being able to direct it to the staff member or take messages if staff are unavailable.
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience to all our ‘walk in’ guests.
- Navigating through the VicRoads website.
- Other general office duties.
- Assist the admin team with any tasks needed.
Experience working in a motor dealership is advantageous, but all relevant training will be given to the right candidate.
