The Opportunity
The Membership Operations function is responsible for the delivery of timely, efficient and high-quality processing activities for a range of member, fund and stakeholder interactions, ensuring performance standards, and quality and compliance requirements are met.
The Membership Consultant role is responsible for carrying out operational activities and processing within service level agreements (SLAs), to ensure a positive customer experience is maintained. As a highly-skilled, technical expert the responsibilities of the role span membership and exception management.
Responsibilities will include:
- Processing all assigned work to performance expectations, maintaining SLAs and ensuring positive customer service is consistently delivered.
- Working collaboratively with the wider business, providing specialist knowledge of operational functions and processes.
- Supporting the identification, design and implementation of efficiency and improvement initiatives with the Membership Operations Manager.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction with both internal stakeholders and external customers is made a clear priority in the business.
About You
- You have experience in a similar role in a customer service / high volume processing & competitive environment in a large organisation
- You are highly analytical and have an excellent eye for detail
- You have experience with Microsoft products, Oscar, E5
- You have the ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders
- Your knowledge and understanding of the health, finance, or insurance industry within Australia is desirable
