The role
You will support the People & Culture (P&C) team, partnering with the business unit leadership team with a key focus on maintaining FTE & finance plans and tactical workforce models/plans.
Your responsibilities
Being accountable for building and maintaining capacity plans and models
Partnering with People & Culture teams to understand business drivers and identify volume growth/reductions enabling key operational decisions
Working closely with Business Improvement, Business Optimisation and Commercial Operations team members to understand prioritised initiatives and drive performance outcomes
Supporting alignment of AOM/Workware data & Workforce volume to support FTE planning
Playing a key role in delivery of long, medium- and short-term forecasting outcomes and insights across P&C to ensure the business has a clear understanding of demand & FTE supply to meet demand
Supporting the build and delivery of operational management platforms into P&C
Developing and maintaining workforce planning and capacity management models
Providing P&C with subject matter expertise and execute capability as needed
Coaching and training of colleagues to uplift their continuous improvement capability
Coaching to lift capability – run self/peer/external assessments and develop right interventions
Attending Leadership Team run meeting to talk through last week’s Workware performance with insights
What you will need
5-10 years in a Workforce or Operational leadership role ideally within the Financial Services and/or Banking sectors
Advanced knowledge and experience in Workforce Management Operations & operational disciplines
Experience as a BA or Consultant
Advanced data analysis and problem solving skills
Capacity planning & modelling skills
