The Role
As the Operations and Customer Service Coordinator, you will work with the Operations Manager on ensuring efficient operation of the business’s day to day activities. You are responsible for general administrative and operational tasks including, but not limited to, order processing and invoicing, logistics, system databases and data entry, sales and marketing support, Customer Service, projects, support of the directors, and other administrative tasks.
You are a key operational driver, custodian of key operational processes, ensuring the company runs efficiently from an operational perspective, while delivering friendly, professional Customer Service that delivers high customer satisfaction.
We are a small team, looking for someone to jump in and make this role theirs. You are an energetic and motivated worker. We welcome process improvements and streamlining, and thrive on getting things right the first time, so your great attention to detail will see you excel in this role.

Based in a light and bright office on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, Le Bent is a family-friendly workplace with the opportunity for you to grow as the business grows.
Principal Responsibilities
- Management of logistics for product and barcode creation in systems, inventory storage, dispatch of orders and shipments of product nationally and internationally
- Process all sales orders, invoices, credits, warranties and returns within the set SLA requirements using the company’s sales and inventory systems; communicate with customers and warehouse in a timely and courteous manner making sure all orders, warranties and returns are completed and shipped within SLA requirements.
- Provide friendly, professional Customer Service and specialised advice and information on the company’s products and services; respond to customer/public/supplier enquiries and problems within SLA requirements in own functional area utilising a high degree of interpersonal skills.
- Process new customer credit applications; create new customers in all required systems; manage existing customers and associated data in all required systems.
- Support Marketing team with e-commerce stock availability, sending out team product, B2B portal product releases and general marketing support
- Help drive efficient administrative and operational processes.
- Assist with travel booking and general diary management as required.
- Contribute to projects as required.
- Maintain filing and required databases
- General office management - maintaining neat and tidy space and adequate supplies.
Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years successful experience in the co-ordination and delivery off administration, operations and Customer Service.
- Strong skills in data management and Excel
- Strong Customer Service skills and can do attitude
- Problem solving and innovative / entrepreneurial thinking
- Willingness to adapt and to work with new software systems
- Organised, analytical mindset, shows sound judgement
- Proven experience in process improvement
- Proven time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
