In this role, you'll:

Work as part of the Customer and Network Coordination team delivering customer-focused advice to and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the management of day-to-day operation. You could be working from Bega through to Cooma, up to the bottom side of Canberra. You have the ability to be on-call and work outside normal business hours, and travel to assist with emergency incidents. This is a temporary full time position for 16 months.

About you

You will coordinate the management of and reporting on operational responses to unplanned incidents and emergencies, including attending incidents when required. You're recognised as an Operations Specialist who has experience in transport network operations management, including management of major incidents, managing risks and issues associated with access and mobility on the network.
