We are seeking an experienced and organised Operations Coordinator to join our team at our Chinchilla depot. This is a permanent part-time position, working 20 hours per week. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

- Booking in jobs and coordinating schedules
- Performing administrative tasks, including document preparation, training plan creation, and typing up toolbox talks
- Maintaining organised records and files
- Assisting with other operational tasks as required
- Previous experience within the blue collar industry
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- SAP experience advantageous but not required
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
