About the role
We are currently seeking a committed, driven, and enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to join our growing team in Perth.
This dynamic role will oversee the management of day-to-day roadside assist operations in WA, ensuring availability of patrols to service our clients’ requirements. A strong negotiator and natural communicator, you thrive in busy environments, where your ability to manage and coordinate a team of off-site operators is critical to the success of the business.
Additionally, the role involves:
- Actively participating in end-to-end recruitment and selection of Roadside Assist Operators (Patrols) including shortlisting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of applicants
- Providing strong leadership, coaching and guidance to a team of 40+ Patrols
- Actively supporting the wellbeing of Patrols to ensure they are highly engaged, motivated, and enabled to provide a great service.
- Ensuring Patrol roster requirements are fulfilled.
- Reviewing, investigating, and resolving customer feedback and complaints
- Providing daily operational support (including on-call support on a rotational basis).
- 6-month contract with possibility of extension
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in a fast paced, service-delivery focused environment.
- Ability to communicate and negotiate is critical.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak to a diverse range of people.
- Proven ability to nurture and build relationships.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Previous experience in a similar operational role is desirable, but not mandatory.
