Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the seamless operations of our dynamic store, ensuring it runs like clockwork.
- Strategically manage inventory to always keep our shelves stocked with fresh, appealing products.
- Optimise staff scheduling to ensure a lively, efficient customer service experience.
- Uphold and enhance store procedures to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with suppliers to maintain a continuous supply of the freshest products.
- Maintain rigorous standards of health and safety to guarantee a clean and inviting shopping environment.
- Handle payroll responsibilities, ensuring all staff are compensated accurately and on time.
- Oversee administrative tasks, maintaining order and efficiency behind the scenes.
Requirements:
- Well suited position for someone who has experience working in a senior supervisory position within food retail or administrative role within this field.
- Exceptional organisational skills and a knack for effective leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively.
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in MS Office and other operational software.
- Experience processing payroll and entering rosters.
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks with a sharp eye for detail.
