About the RoleAn opportunity exists for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an exciting career opportunity for someone with experience within the construction industry who is looking to advance their career and join a dynamic team.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing efficient and effective support to the Scott Salisbury Group Sales Team. This role requires a high level of administrative skill as well as the ability and motivation to provide outstanding customer service to all internal and external stakeholders.
Duties as a Sales Coordinator will include but are not limited to:
- Maintain sales team display home and office enquiry roster.
- Monitor the sales team members in operating the company workflow management system.
- Monitor and follow-up sales team members to ensure sales steps and documentation are being adhered to.
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the Sales Manager and the sales team in line with individual needs.
- Provide training to new sales team members and additional training to existing sales team members as required.
- Coordinate sales meetings, including minute taking and distribution, sales team member one on one meetings and necessary trainings as required.
- Ensure Sales team members are utilising current sales forms, departmental policies and procedures in line with operational requirements to ensure documents are always current.
- Assist the Sales Manager regarding Inspecting display homes to assess and report on presentation standard.
- Review, critique and ensure all point-of-sale material, sales documentation and stationery supplies are up to date to brand standard.

Keys to Success
With a passion and proven experience in the residential construction industry, central to success will be:
- Minimum 2 years preferred of proven industry experience with a sound understanding of residential construction methods and terminology.
- Excellent communication skills, both visual, written and verbal, with a high level of presentation, organisation, and time management skills.
- Maturity, professionalism, and confidence in your ability
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- The ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities without loss of composure
- Motivation to get things done quickly without forsaking accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to be proactive and use your own initiative
- A happy personality with positive energy and high EQ
- Competent with Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with database and workflow tracking software is a benefit.
- You will need to be organised with an ability to multitask and be a highly motivated individual who is a reliable team player.
