Responsibilities:
- Support the Operations Manager in delivering outstanding customer experiences and meeting company objectives.
- Assist in the coordination of logistics and job allocations, ensuring services are executed on time.
- Handle administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and reporting.
- Be the first point of contact for service calls and queries, ensuring timely communication.
- Collaborate with the team to drive continuous improvement and safety initiatives.
- Assist in tracking sales activity and identifying potential business opportunities.
- Conduct investigations, escalate issues, and report to management as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
