About the Opportunity
Securecorp currently has an outstanding opportunity for a Full-time After-hours Roster Coordinator.
About the position
The Rostering Coordinator will join our team based in Mulgrave and be responsible for:
- Managing/rostering large number of hours over a site portfolio
- Maintaining and scheduling rosters according to contractual requirements
- Operations Support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Award Interpretation and application
- Payroll Queries, TRI Invoice and Core Hours reviews for P&L
- Coordinating Training and site-specific inductions as required.
- Arranging staff for ADHOC Shift coverage.
- Liaise and maintain relationships with internal and external clients and staff.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, possess a can-do attitude, likes to think outside the box and enjoy a challenge!
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Victorian Security Licence
- Excellent communication, negotiation & influential skills
- Proven ability to set positive, open & effective relationships.
- Driven, solution orientated and innovative thinker.
- Excellent organization, time management skills and attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible and work under pressure.
