Mance Electrical is looking for a part-time Operations Coordinator
As our business expanded last year, we found ourselves in need of an exceptional administration expert. This means we are now on the lookout for someone who can step up to the challenge and become our new Operations Coordinator superstar. You will want to join the Mance Electrical Team because we really are just that a TEAM...a team that genuinely cares for who you are as a human, believes in being fun, focused and there to help each other to achieve our mission of delivering exceptional electrical services.
What we’re ideally looking for:
- Sales / Customer support skills
- Staff and/or Resource Rostering / Scheduling Experience
- Excellent computer literacy - experience with Microsoft Office, Gmail, Xero and Social Media
- Ability to work autonomously
- Experience working for a trade company favoured but not essential
- Available to stay in the role long term
- Available to start mid-March

Key responsibilities and duties
- Managing SimPRO Job Management System
- Answering phones - Providing Customer Service
- Scheduling our Field Technicians
- Ordering Materials
- Reconciling SIMPRO with Xero
- Preparing invoices
- Social media
