This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Operations gun to generate operational improvement across our markets to release value through the design and delivery thinking across; people, process, data and technology change
The role:
As the Operations Director, you will collaborate with our regional leaders and teams to plan for and deliver operational and performance improvement through the application of design thinking, organisational design and process reengineering activities.
This role will see you support a range of global business operations initiatives, with leadership of change and creation of supporting narrative for business engagement.
Core responsibilities:
- Supports the optimisation and delivery of the new business model design and our commercial and operational improvement initiatives
- Supports service line planning and strategy, with the development and implementation of operational transformation plans and associated margin improvement profiles, cost to serve, service delivery and product + platforms
- Defines and support implementation of the required processes/ways of working to drive optimal results
- Influencing leadership stakeholders, effect change and process uplift, driving operational excellence across all areas of the dentsu business
A bit about you:
- Demonstrated success in structuring, connecting and integrating a markets approach to transformation, with rigour, discipline and quality
- Experience in navigating organisations with complex multinational structures and stakeholder landscapes (Global - Regional - Cluster)
- Demonstrate a collaborative and solution oriented mindset
- Proven ability to lead on the design of operational frameworks and guidelines that enable service excellence and consistent ways of working across markets
- Can-do hands-on approach, exceptional problem-solving abilities
- Warm, engaging and relationship oriented - the ability to influence and resonate with people
- Strong understanding of dentsu product offering across operating model
