The ideal candidate will posses experience in high volume creation, strong culinary background and operations experience in a large scale environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead culinary operations across two sites, maintaining unwavering standards of quality and service.
- Inspire and guide large teams to peak performance, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Drive operational efficiency through strategic planning and meticulous execution.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Creating policy and procedure manuals and ensuring they are abide by
- Reporting and presentation
- Equipment and site management
- High Volume operations
- Collaborate with various departments to optimise business operations.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as an Executive Chef in high-volume settings.
- Exceptional culinary skills coupled with a keen business acumen.
- Food safety focus
- Proven track record of effective leadership and team management.
- Proficiency in operational management and budgetary control.
- Strong understanding and past experience of HR practices and safety protocols.
- Flexibility to accommodate occasional weekend shifts.
